Geoflax polymer geogrid
Volumetric geogrid is made of polymer strips made by
extrusion of polyolefin granules, impregnated with a stabilizer and bonded
by laser welding. Depending on the purpose of use, it can be either without or with
perforation.
In construction works to stabilize soil strata geogrid performs
mechanical fixation of the functional backfill (crushed stone, sand and sand mixtures) in order to
movement and mixing of these working layers. The geogrid made of Geoflax polymer strips is able to limit the shear changes of the controlled
horizontal surface.
